Hi

Unfortunatly I regret to inform you that she will not get admission for ME into any colleges in India through GATE.

In the year 2018 qualyfing marks in OBC category was 26.1 and your daughter has got only 13 marks which means that she did not qualify GATE.

She is not eligible for ME courses through GATE exam.

Hello Devidas,
As I can see previous year qualifying marks for EE for OBC is 26.1 and your daughter got 13 marks. So she isn't qualified. So there are no meaning for good chances. She can try once again or take admission in any private college or take admission through other state level exam for PG course.
