Yes you can change the branch, but the chances of securing the admission in a different branch through the online process is difficult. In the counselling round you'll get the college if any left. Good Luck.

I hope you are doing fine, yes you can change your Branch after completing your diploma in Computer Engineering to any Branch and get admission by giving Entrance exams. You will get admission through Lateral entry. But it would cost you time if you change your branch because you will have to study everything from scratch.
