Your date of birth is wrong in certificate. Then it's a problem. Also you said you already passed the FMGE examination. Which is the entry of India for practice MBBS from foreign graduate doctors. Anyway you can apply for change the date of birth also you can try ec, if it's possible then okay. Otherwise you have to apply for change your date of birth to the higher authority.
