Hey.
The NEET 2019 eligibility criteria states that you need to be atleast 17 years as on December 31, 2019. To be eligible to take the NEET entrance exam Candidates must be born on or before January 1, 2003. Considering your date of birth, as you were born before 1st Jan 2009, you seem to be eligible.
