The age limit is different for each post but the minimum age is 18 years or 20 years depending on the post as on January 1, 2021 as given in SSC Phase 9 official notification Annexure- III ( https://ssc.nic.in/SSCFileServer/PortalManagement/UploadedFiles/notice_rhq_24092021.pdf ).

Your age as on January 1, 2021 is 17 years 5 months 16 days. Considering the age criteria you are not eligible to apply for SSC Phase 9 recruitment.
