yes. you are mostly eligible. the eligibility is 16.5 yrs of age to 19.5 yrs at the time of joining. every year the UPSC will release the age eligibility . so i recommend you to just verify once more when it is released in 2022.
But as per my calculation, you are eligible by years. but by months there is a little chance of varying. so lets wait for the official notification.
