I believe your query is regarding UPSC Prelims, as per the eligibility criteria laid out by the authority you need to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year, which you will already attained by 26th May of 2024 hence you can apply provided you are appearing in the final year of graduation  in any field from a recognized university or have already graduated in any stream from a recognized university, UPSC is conducted in three phases namely Prelims, Mains and Interview.
