You don't need to worry at all as to be eligible for Neet 2020 candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 2020 and with your date of birth you fulfil that criteria as you will be 17 years old in February 2020.

The minimum age criteria for neet 2020 is that Candidates must have completed minimum 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2020.since you fullfill this criteria as you will be of 17 years of age on 6feb 2020. So you are eligible for gate 2020.
