yes then she will be reaching the minimum 17 years by the 31st December 2020 does you will be able to apply for Neet 2020 because the minimum age you need to acquire the end of the year in which year appearing in NEET examination is 17 years and your fulfilling the age criteria of course you must pass your bored with 50% of aggregate in each of physics, chemistry and biology for unreserved candidates and 40% in each if you are a reserved candidate
