Dear, you have to be very perfect in 11 standard theory part and problems. Secondly be very focused  in 12 standard and  try to understand very concept perfectly. Try to solve different mock test.
You have to only be focused and work hard for at least 4 to 5 hours. If you want to apply for neet you need to score good marks in Biology, chemistry, physics and english(minimum 50 percent in this subjects) so that you can be eligible for appearing in need exams.
