Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you there is some mistakes in your D.O.B in 10 marksheet you should certainly mail to the required authorities about the same and should certainly make it correct as any discrepancy found in any documents can create problem at the time of counselling or admissions so you are suggested to make it correct as soon as possible.
