Hello Aspirant,

In the event that your documents were only partially verified in the round(s) of CAP (Centralized Admission Process) and you have been instructed to re-upload your documents, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the official CAP portal with your application ID and password
  2. Go to the “Document Upload” or “Application Status” section
  3. Look for your documents that have either “Rejected” or “Needs Re-upload” marked.
  4. When you have located your document, click on the re-upload buttons next to the specific document, and upload a clear, correct, and readable copy of your document in the specified format (pdf/jpg, below size limits).
  5. Save the document and submit

After completing the upload, be on watch on the portal for updated verification of your research status. If you have any technical difficulties, please contact the CAP help desk or your ARC (Admission Reporting Center).
