Yes, you can submit your Domicile certificate and Cast certificate even if it is ten days old. It doesn't matter how old the certificate is. The candidate should have their Domicile certificate and Cast certificate with them. Candidates, who have completed their 10th and 12th in Uttar Pradesh, don't have to submit their domicile certificate.
