if you have cleared your class 12th from delhi and wants to get admissions in delhi then you will be treated as a delhi candidate and usually there is no need for domicile . however in other state admissions it is needed . your domicile may be not of up or there can be any mistake made by the college . however be carefull whether it affects your admissions or not .
