First of all U can call admission helpdesk provide at site or mail about the problem

Before releasing you admit card they had given you a correction window to correct any of your details.But if you havent done it during that time then also you have a chance to correct it send an application to NEET and tell them about the matter, they will look into the matter and might correct your name(but hou might have to submit some extra charges for it).Good Luck

It cannot be changed in the admit card now.
Also you will have to show your relevant id proofs and documents in order to show your correct ID details.
Do not worry. You won't be rejected on that basis.

Ma'am even i have done the same mistake like my original name is japesh os but in admit card it is japesh selvaraj..which name should i enter in neet counselling application?
ma'am my name is same on 10th n 12th marksheet but differnt on neet admit card and now i have changed my name on adhar card so will it cause any problem
