Hey! Hi Aravind R.

As of now, there is not such compulsion that you should be a Karnataka State Candidate to appear for KCET.

The only eligibility required with respect to citizenship is that you should be an Insian Citizen to appear for KCET.

And since you are a domicile of TAMIL NADU, you are Eligible to appear for KCET.
