Hello Aspirant,
Home state quota is ONLY for candidates whose home state, as determined bythe State Code of Eligibilty(the code of the state from where the candidate has passed 12th/equivalent qualifying examination), is same as the state in which the institute is located.

As per rule, you are eligible for Rajasthan home state quota.
