Yes it is very well possible. Considering companies you are talking about include Google, Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, Cisco, etc, you can very well get recruited in these if you excel in Information technology field. Being top class MNCs, these sometimes don't even want a degree, skills are enough. However for most of the posts getting a B.Tech degree in either Information technology or Computer Science Engineering is recommended. M.Tech degree increases your chances sometimes.

For getting into any of these companies the basic thing required is to excel in any of the domain that is being taught you throughout your curriculum. Excelling in coding skills can have a significant impact.
