Based on previous year cutoff analysis as per your rank it seems difficult for you to secure a seat there as the final rank cutoff for cse in GNIT was around 50504 that too with bc-e (girls) catagory. The cutoff for general candidate was around 10294. However the cutoff changes every year based on number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats etc.
