Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College is a pretty good college and has got good reputation in Andhra Pradesh. It also offers good placements. Yes, there are some conditions and criteria's to avail fee reimbursement as per new government rules. From the past many years, government have been giving 35000 as fee reimbursement for every student who's income is less and those having white ration card. So, you cannot probably get fukk fee reimbursement but you may have benefits like scholarship.
