See in Chennai  there are plenty of colleges,  At first I would like to say you can join college under Anna university as it is one of the best university in Chennai,  but it have many eligibility criteria,  check it on its website to find if you fit in the criteria,  then there are 3 - 4 big colleges I will write them in sequence from best in top.... They are Satyabhama , SRM,  Hindustan, Vit Chennai.
