No I don't think it should cause you any problem as you have filled your form within the validity date of your EWS certificate.

The only issue is there that you can't get admitted on the basis of your expired EWS certificate. I will suggest you get your EWS certificate reissued so that you can submit it at the time of admission.

If there is no time submit your expired certificate and ask them for some time to submit the required document.
