There are fair chances that you may get middle ranking nits like nit Jalandhar ; nit Durgapur ; nit Bhopal; nit Agartala ; nit Raipur ; nit Jamshedpur etc.
As you know that this category is included first time in jee mains ; so we don't have any past years cut offs and reference.
So you should take part in counseling and fill only those colleges and preferences in which you wants to go and can go after allotment of that seat.
