As you have secured 45000 ews category rank in jee mains then, your Crl Rank must be around far away from 100000. And with this much huge crl rank, it's impossible for your to get any seat in nits.

Now as you belong from home state jharkhand ( jamesdhpur is a city in jharkhand ), then also by applying your home state quota you cannot get nit jamshedpur.
Last year the highest cutoff closing rank for nit jamshedpur in csab round counseling for ews candidates in basis of their CRL rank was - 59413 ( for production and industrial engineering ).

So, you cannot get Nit jamshedpur even form your home state quota, then you cannot get any other nits as you will be from other state.

Also in different lower nits from other state quota you can not get even the lowest branch.
So, you cannot get any branch even in csab round counseling. And if you cannot get nits then this is sure that your cannot get any iiits even in csab round counseling.
