Exact rank cannot be predicted. ranking will be based on different factors like toughness level of the question paper , number of students appeared for examination , students performance etc..Based on your marks in IPE and EAMCET your rank will be in between 9,000 to 11,000 with a percentile of 56.42 in EAMCET( IPE+ EAMCET SCORE).
