Hello sachin!
With your score for an OBC candidate, it is difficult to get a seat in Govt. Colleges but you can give it a try for private colleges. It is better you attend the counselling simultaneously you can also start your coaching for next year exam. As the counselling process is online this year, you will mostly not face any difficulties or disturbance in your preparation. I was in the same situation last year. Don't panic about your counselling. Concentrate on your preparation. If there are any chances by god's grace you will get a seat now otherwise a little later that is it.
If you want to relieve your stress, then you can use the careers360 college predictor tool through the below link and know if you have any chances of getting a seat https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hello aspirant
As per my opinion you must wait for the results to be out. As you are from OBC category ,with 440 score you may get seat in medical college if not mbbs , you can definitely get BDS . Also you may try for Government colleges out of Delhi . But Do not miss your chance for counselling. After that it's your wish to drop or go ahead.
However expected cut off neet 2020 for OBC Category is 40 th percentile ie score between 133-107.
