As mentioned you're expecting 290 marks which seems to be less to get a seat in government colleges anyways you could get seat in private colleges, but the fees would be higher. As you are from Tripura you can apply in Tripura Medical College . Tripura Medical College and Dr.Bram Teaching Hospital, Agartala. The fees here for MBBS comes around Rs 40 lakhs.

You can try for BDS as it would be easier for you to get a seat with much lower fees. As there is no dental colleges in Tripura these are few of dental colleges in India.

1.Manipal College of Dental Science, Manipal, Karnataka. The fees is approximately 28 Lakhs.

2. Dr. DY Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra. The fees here is approximately 22 lakhs.

3. A.B Shetty Memorial Institute of dental science, Manglore, Karnataka. The total fees here is approximately 20 lakhs.
