Hope that you are doing well. Since you didn't mention the name of your state. Therefore it is difficult to predict the state quota for mbbs, bds or veterinary.
But the all India cutoff for general category is 615 for mbbs, 600 for bds and around 520-540 for veterinary in accordance with last year cutoff , but score is 490 . Hence , it will going to be difficult for you to get government seat in 490 marks for all India quota but you try to get government seat for bds and veterinary in state quota. There are some chances to get government seat in state counselling.
