EYESIGHT REQUIREMENT FOR CDS IS AS FOLLOWING -

A male candidate should be able to read 6/6 in a distant vision chart with each eye with or without glasses (For Navy and Air Force without glasses only), Myopia should not be more than 3.5D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5D including Astigmatism.

Visual Standards for Navy -

->Uncorrected without glass 6/12

 -> Corrected with glass 6/6

 -> Limits of Myopia -3.5

 -> Limits of Hypermetropia +2.5

 -> Binocular vision III

Consulting an eye specialist will help you understand whether you fulfill these criteria or not.
