I am 12thclass student having poor knowledge on computer. Colleges in AP neglect computer science studies so bad.can i join cse in btech?

Well, it will not affect much ,upto 12'th there is nothing so much programing languages , but in btech your have to study programming language from the basic but if you pursue btech you have to study hard, so don't worry , you will study from basic in btech all about computer to a large extent,it doesn't affect much , but you will find many students knows few languages from 12'th ,but you can cover up those all if you work hard. Joining Btech course for computer science does not need any prior knowledge on computer. College will teach you from very begining. Just to join engineering for any branch you need knowledge in physics, chemistry,  maths, and for some exam english too. But if you have some knowledge in the field than it will be easier for you.

But it is not a big problem. You can take admission in CSE.

Yes definitly you can join Computer science engineering. You will be taught about computers right from scratch. Dont worry everyting will be taught to you. In the first year there will be a subject called as Introduction to Information technology. In this subject you will be introduced about computer artitecture, algorithms, programming, C, etc.

You should learn programming lanuages when you opt computer science stream like C,C++,Java, Python. Colleges will also teach these subjects from beginning. you have daily practice programming with the class lecture. Then the computer science subject will be simple for you
