My father has no responsibility plot staying in his ancestors house along with my three uncle and that house jointly with my three uncle.In that case can I get EWS certificate

Dear Virendra,

Eligibility criteria for EWS

  • Person should be from general category
  • Family's annual income should be lesser than 8 lakh
  • Current Residential area of the Family should be lesser than 1000sqr.ft
  • Agricultural properties and land area should be less than 5 acres

EWS (Economically weaker Section)  certificate are given for people belonging to the  General category. If you fulfil these conditions you may be eligible to get.
