Your eamcet rank must be below 10000
Your father should not be a govt employee.
Fathers income should be less than 2 lakhs per annum
You must fall under BC-B category
Should have a domicile of Andhra Pradesh

You must be satisfying this critera in order to get a free seat through AP EAMCET counselling.
