Dear Himanshu, for any candidate to be eligible under ESIC Insured quota, the employee should have been either in service or under contract atleast for 2 years. So if your father has been working with ESIC under contract but has becomw insured only in April, you still are eligible for this quota. However, if your father has only started his service/contract this April, you are unfortunately not eigible.
