You don't have to worry , It will create no major problems in future provided all your documents are original but you should make sure you tell the authorities (college administration ) about this problem.

Most of the time your 10 certificate will be used your date of birth verification and other important verification , but if possible try to correct your fathers name in Aadhar card , it can be done online with little or no hassle for free .
