If there is a difference in your name or your father's name or your mother's name or you age or your gender in your certificates then you can submit your affidavit to any officials. It is acceptable by any officials. In JoSAA counseling also you can submit your affidavit, they can accept your mistake in your certificates. Hope it helps for you.
