My father property is jointly with my uncle and not yet separated. shall I be illigble to get EWS CERTIFICATE

To be eligible for EWS reservation, you should belong to General Category and should have a family income not more than 8 lakhs per annum from all sources. If your uncle also contributes to the family household and the annual income exceeds 8 lakhs per annum, you might not be eligible for EWS reservation. Having said that, this depends on the State you belong to. So please check with the local Tehsildar.
