Unfortunately you'll  not get DS Certificate though  your father is a retired person from Indian Army. The DS Certificate  and the features  are provided only to the present employees of the Indian Army. Also you must be more specific about the entrance examination or the admission you are looking for since different colleges and universities follow different rules and regulations.
