My father is in Army and right now he is posted in Delhi..... So will i be counted under Delhi region or not?

It doesnt matters that where your father is posted but it all depends on that for which college you had applied and on basis of your rank you will be allowed under the quota and then your admission will be final. Also you will be counted under Delhi region only if you had filled application forms of delhi colleges.
