No problem as such however you should try to get corrected your marksheets with actual name by sending an application to your baords stating name changes corection. You shall then be sent revised marksheets with correct details . 

You might be asked to send scanned copies of Id Proof and relevant documents so you should send them.

Make sure you write correctname as per Id Proof in future to avoid discrepancies .
