No, It will not create any problem in future. But I think still you don't have to take risk. You can change the name on aadhar card. Its more easy to change.

I would like to tell you that it may create probems ahead whether it be college admission, making a passport etc.

Every name has to match and if not then you may have to go through a lot.

I would suggest you go for name changing procedure for Aadhar card. If your dad is comfortable with raj kumar in aadhar card then you caan go for it as well.

Do remember that the name should be same everywhere. It does not create much problems.
