You have to change your father's the name on aadhar to the correct name.

For changing the address one can visit the online site and do the changes but for any other changes or updates you have to visit the permanent enrollment center. The officials there will guide you with further procedures and therefore you can change the name on Aadhar to what is mentioned on your 10th, inter and B.tech Mark sheet.
