My father's name in my 10th certificate is Moti Lal Dangi but in my birth certificate my father's name is Motilal Dangi. Will it create problem in UPSC?

Hello,

The name which is in the class 10th certificate and birth certificate is same. There isn't any spelling mistake but there is a gap in between Moti and Lal in class 10th certificate. You will not face any issue during the UPSC recruitment selection. But you have to fill any application form as per the details in class 10th certificate such as your name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth unless it is mentioned otherwise.
