The Kumaraguru college is a college that takes in only candidates for ECE and EEE with ranks in between 5k to 9 k and the students who exceeds are surely denied admission even in the management quota .

So, I regret and feel sorry to say that it wont be possible for your friend to study in Kumaraguru,but there are colleges which are equally good or better in the infrastructure in and around coimbatore which are affiliated to the Anna University ,which may take you in.

So ask him not to feel let down or sad,because if it is not this college you will be getting a better one.
