Hello!

Please inform the aspirant to first complete the NEET counselling process for both All India Quota and State Quota.
If he/she gets a college of his/her choice, then he will not need to apply for Biotechnology.
And if he doesn't get any college via NEET counselling, then he can apply for Biotech. in private colleges, since the government colleges are no more available.
There are quite a number of private colleges in India, that are pioneers in the field of Biotech.
