Hi there

Whether you are eligible for counseling or not will depend on cut off list to be released by Assam CEE. cut-off marks for AEC in 2016/17/18 was generally ranging between 112 to 125. So yeah your friend have a good chance that he will get admission AEC. But it all depends on counseling.
