Most of the colleges ask for minimum at least 50 percent or above in 10th, 12th and graduation as the basic eligibilty criteria. As you are meeting the basic eligibilty criteria so if you score 99 percentile then yes you have strong chances of getting selected for the further selection process that is GD/WAT. If you do well in GD/WAT you will definitely convert your admission in the college.
