The minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in Bcom course is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with mathematics and English compulsory subjects, there is no age limit for admission in Bcom, so you are eligible to take admission in Bcom course if you pass the eligibility criteria, it is a 3 years degree, and the admission in the BCom course is both through merit based and admission based.
