215 marks is too low a score to get any government MBBS college in any category. The cutoffs range around 470-480.This year there is a chance of increase in the cutoff marks for MBBS. For BDS too your friend has almost no chance. However she can try for private colleges though there are less chances with this score.Just check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges to get a clearer picture.

Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then your friend has negligible  chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in tamil nadu through state quota .Previous year minimum marks required for an sc candidate was 145 for psg Institute of Medical Sciences mgmt. Quota.
She is  not even  eligible for any private college in tamil nadu.
It would be better to prepare again for the exam.

The chances for the govt. college are almost nil so she cannot enroll herself for the govt. college in state. The only option left id to go for the private college only due to low marks. Try for the private college in the upcomin counselling rounds for the state quota. The link is given for the medical college in tamilnadu where you can refer the information about the college and courses offered.

Hello aspirant,

If you belong to the general category then it's difficult to get admission in any government college. But as you belong to SC category then there are chances of your's getting admission in any private college. you will definitely get a seat in the private college. You can also give a try at the government colleges as the cutoff varies.. I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year. But you can use our website's college predictor tool to have a look which colleges you can get based upon your rank.
