Yes you and your friend will get totally different paper.
Otherwise it will not be a fair exam.
If you have ever heard about BITSAT
similarly in this the exam is totally different in each slot .
Exam is set automatically by computer ( like there are 100 questions )
Computer randomly pick questions and put it in exam 1 and from rest pick again and put it in exam 2. And go on.
I think you get my point.

First of all, JEE Mains Online is conducted after a week of Offline examination.It's not possible for you and your friend to get dates like this.

About the question paper,obviously there will be change in both the question papers. Otherwise that would be unfair for the mode which had its examination earlier than the other as they might get prepared with the questions beforehand.The difficulty level for both the modes is ensured by the CBSE to be remained same so that no fingers can be pointed towards the autority in this matter.

So there's no chance of you both getting the same question paper.

JEE Mains 2019 question paper will be unique to each candidate since the questions will be drawn directly from the question bank by computer program algorithm randomly. This time no question sets will be made.
