Your score is low for NITs for Mtech program,even from OBC quota chance of getting NITs is less.You may get NIT DURGAPUR,NIT HAMIRPUR etc.For sureity wait till NITs announce their cuttoff score for each category.Tobknow which other colleges you may get visit below mention link:
